The Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Queensland considered the definition of ‘accident’ under section 28 of the Civil Aviation (Carriers Liability) Act 1959 (Cth) ( the Carriers’ Liability Act ) in Brannock v Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd 2010 QCA 218.
