Elections Board to meet in Asheville to decide request to consolidate Superior Court judge races

ASHEVILLE The state Board of Elections is meeting here today and deliberating on Gov. Bev Perdue’s aviation expenses and the issues surrounding more than 40 flights that were disclosed late or not properly disclosed on campaign records.
